Community Theatre

The Community Theatre Division hosts the annual play festival for Georgia Community Theatres, with the winner going on to represent the state at the Southeastern Theatre Conference convention in March. In alternate years, the festival winner also goes on to perform at the AACTFEST competition.
In addition to the Community Theatre Festival, what else does the GTC Convention have to offer?

Community Theatre members will be especially interested in several of this year's workshops. Look for conversations about Board Development and Marketing. And as always, there will be several acting and dancing workshops to hone your performance skills.

For the designers and technicians, there will be terrific opportunities to enhance your hands-on skills.

And best of all, come meet your Community Theatre colleagues from around the state, as you share ideas for solving common problems.
