Atlanta Unifieds is a collaborative networking event for theatre artists and organizations in the Atlanta and southeastern area. It serves as a bridge between actors and designers and multiple performance-based companies, allowing talent to be seen by a wide range of artistic leaders in a single setting.

This event is in partnership with Alliance Theatre and Georgia Theatre Conference.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When is Atlanta Unifieds?

It will be held on Monday and Tuesday, January 26 and 27, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

​

Where will it be held?

Atlanta Unifieds will be at the Alliance Theatre - third floor - at the Woodruff Arts Center.

​

How much does it cost to participate?

There will be an entry fee of $20.00 for artists.

​

Will there be opportunities for technicians and designers?​

Yes. There will be a place for designers to showcase their work and stage managers to display their prompt books.

​

Can anyone audition?

All resumes must be submitted at registration. You must have two professional credits on your resume. Registration will be open until all audition slots are filled. A wait list will then be generated. Refunds will be provided to those who register who do not meet eligibility requirements.

What hiring companies will be in attendance?
Keep an eye on this space. We'll provide an updated roster with information about all attending organizations.

I'm a hiring company. How can I get involved?

Please send an email to jono@georgiatheatreconference.com. The weekly pay threshold for hiring companies must be at least $250.

​

What do actors need to prepare?

Actors may choose between two contrasting monologues (up to 90 seconds total); or one monologue and one song (up to 90 seconds total). Auditions will be timed, and a friendly cutoff will be called to help us stay on schedule. The slate at the start of the audition is not included in the time.

​

Do you prioritize Equity actors?

Yes. Union actors will be prioritized at the start of both days. Everyone will also audition in flights, and Equity actors will be seen at the start of each flight if they cannot attend at the start of the day.

​

Will there be an accompanist? Can I perform with a track?

There will be a live accompanist. Tracks will not be permitted.

​

Will there be a dance call?

Not this year, but there will be a place on the registration form to link your dance reels and highlight videos.

​

Will there be in-person callbacks after the auditions?

No, there will not be in-person callbacks. Any follow-up communication, including callbacks or feedback, will be handled virtually or externally after the auditions.

​

I am a college junior or senior. Can I audition?

We will dedicate a block of time on Tuesday, January 27 for college juniors or seniors auditioning for internships, apprenticeships, and summer/general work opportunities who do not meet the two professional credit prerequisite. Registration will be open until all audition slots are filled. A wait list will then be generated. Refunds will be provided to those who register who do not meet eligibility requirements.
